摘要
:研究了PAN基炭纤维预氧毡、炭毡、空气氧化毡、KOH活化毡对甲醇的吸附性能。吸附实验是在室温下采用鼓泡法进行的 ,以高纯氮气为载气使甲醇饱和蒸气通过吸附床层 (装填量为 1g) ,按一定的时间间隔取点 ,采用气相色谱检测出口气的浓度。实验发现活化程度高的ACF对甲醇蒸气表现出较高的吸附能力 ,防护时间较长 ,可超过 6min。
The adsorption of methanol on a number of PAN based carbon fibers including oxidized fibers,carbonized fibers,air oxidized fibers and KOH activated fibers was studied with an aim of evaluating the performances of different carbon fibers.A methanol steam was produced by bubbling high purity nitrogen through methanol liquid in a container at room temperature,and was introduced into a fixed bed packed with PAN ACFs(packing amount l gram),the concentration of methanol in the outlet was analyzed by gas chromatograph(GC).It is shown that those PAN ACFs with high surface areas normally have an excellent adsorption performance,and in this case the break through time can be over 6 minutes.
