摘要
无喹啉不溶物煤焦油在 30 0℃空气吹扫氧化 2h~ 12h制备了一系列氧化沥青 ,氧化沥青的化学结构通过1H -NMR ,13 C -NMR ,FT IR ,元素分析和族组成分析进行 ,结果表明 :空气吹扫可促进脱氢缩合反应的进行 ,随着空气吹扫时间的增加 ,α 氢显著减少 ,氧化沥青中氧含量并没有大的增加。在 480℃ ,0 .1MPa和 1.6MPa下分别将氧化沥青进行焦化 ,考察了焦收率以及光学组织结构变化情况。结果表明 ,空气吹扫氧化可提高煤焦油沥青的焦收率 ,轻度氧化对中间相组织影响不大 ,重度氧化抑制中间相组织的发展。
A series of pitches were prepared from QI free coal tar through air blowing at 300?℃ for 2?h~12?h. The air blown pitches and raw coal tar were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1? H-NMR , 13 ? C-NMR , solubility, and optical microscopy. The results showed that air blowing could promote the dehydrogenative condensation reaction between pitch moleculars. The α hydrogen in raw coal tar decreased with air blowing time, while oxygen content had no significant increase in the resulted pitch. The air blown pitches and raw coal tar were carbonized at 480?℃ under 0.1?MPa and 1.6?MPa respectively. It demonstrated that the air blowing at low temperatures was a simple procedure for increasing the coke yield, although it tended to suppress the growth of optical anisotropy at the following carbonization process.
