粘胶基炭纤维技术经济问题浅析

THE TECHNO-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF RAYON-BASED CF PRODUCTION

通过简述粘胶基炭纤维生产技术的发展概况和国内外市场情况 ,可看出国内外差距越来越大。粘胶基炭纤维具有其它纤维不可替代的优异性能 ,国内市场严重的供不应求。从技术经济角度分析其发展的制约因素 ,原丝质量制约其产品性能 ,投资比较大、成本较高 ,生产研究的投入不足制约其发展。同时简单分析了其社会效益 ,对我国粘胶基炭纤维发展提出了几点建议。

The present state of R & D as well as market consumption of Rayon based CF in China and other nations was described. It seems that the gap between China and other nations shows a tendency to be more and more wider. The supply of Rayon based CF can not meet the demand of our country. From the standpoint of techno economics, the factors limiting the development of Rayon based CF were analyzed and summarized. The quality of raw Rayon based fibers is so critical that it has a great influence in the properties of Rayon based carbon fibers. Other factors like high investment, high cost and small amount of invested funds for research and production are also important. Social benefit of Rayon based carbon fibers was simply analyzed. Some suggestions for the development of Rayon based carbon fibers in China were put forward.
