Introduction to domestic automatic control technologies for the polymerization of vinyl chloride

介绍国产聚氯乙烯聚合釜自动控制的概况。目前国内聚合釜自动控制主要以 30m3 聚合釜为主 ,但随着聚氯乙烯装置的改、扩建 ,70m3 聚合釜的自动控制技术已经开始投入实际应用 ,其主要的特色控制技术有密闭投料、温度控制、转化率技术、注水控制、粗料预估、恒温入料、顺序控制等 ,并介绍了国产聚合釜自动控制的发展趋势。

In this paper,the domestic automatic control technologies on polymerizers for the production of PVC are introduced.Currently,the domestic automatic control technologies are maily applied to 30 m 3 polymerizers,but with the reconstruction and extension of PVC production facilites,the automatic control technology on 70 m 3 polymerizer has put into practical operation,which has characteristics of sealed charge,temperature control,conversion control,water adding control,crude material pre-estimation,thermostatic charge,sequential control and etc.The development trends of domestic automatic control technology on polymerizer are also introduced.
