Synthesis of high transparency impact polystyrene in pilot plant

在连续本体聚苯乙烯中试装置上对高透明抗冲聚苯乙烯树脂进行了研究。结果表明,中试产品冲击性能与增韧剂相当,比小试产品稍差。小试产品、中试产品及增韧剂具有相似的互穿网络结构。

A study on synthesis of high transparency impact polystyrene (HT - IPS) was carried out in a continuous bulk polystyrene pilot plant. The result showed that the impact property of the HT - IPS prepared in the pilot plant was similar to that of the impact modifier added in the HT - IPS, but a little inferior to that of the counterpart made in laboratory. Both the samples prepared in pilot plant and laboratory as well as the modifier possessed the structure of interpenetrating networks.
