摘要
采用铬鞣交联剂进行高吸收铬鞣 ,铬鞣废液收集回用于特选复鞣剂、加脂剂的复鞣加脂过程 ,Cr3 + 被吸收 ,铬鞣废液一次耗尽在生产工艺中 ,实现了无废铬污染清洁制革。本文作者以山羊正面服装革生产为例 。
The study was focused on the optimization of chemicals and manufacturing techniques for producing chrome tanned goatskin garment leathers with the clean technology. An auxiliary for high absorbed chrome tannage was used. Cr 3+ was almost completely absorbed. The waste liquor was collected and reused in the retanning and greasing processes.
