Synergistic effect of seeds and templates for synthesis of TS-1 (titanium silicalite-1)

在无机钛硅原料体系合成TS - 1时 ,加入晶种 ,模板剂TPABr (orTPAOH)的用量大量减少甚至可以低于极限用量。实验发现晶种和模板剂具有协同导向作用 ,并对产生这种协同作用进行了讨论。

In the course of synthesis of TS-1 adding seeds from inorganic titanium and silicon system, the dosage of template (TPABr) will reduce greatly even to the extent and it will be lower than the limit. The synergistic effect of seeds and templates was discussed.
