苯乙基对苯二甲酰氯的合成 被引量:2

摘要 在醋酸钯 /三邻甲苯基膦存在下 ,溴代对苯二甲酸二甲酯与苯乙烯发生Heck反应 ,得到苯乙烯基对苯二甲酸二甲酯 (产率 5 8 4% ) ,随后在Pd/C催化下室温进行加氢反应 ,得到苯乙基对苯二甲酸二甲酯 (产率6 6 % ) ,其进一步经皂化、酸化得到相应的二酸 ,再以过量的SOCl2 回流完成了氯酰化反应 ,合成了苯乙基对苯二甲酰氯。各步产物的结构由元素分析、IR和′HNMR确认。 Dimethyl bromoterephthalate reacted with styrene in the presence of palladium acetate and triotolyphosphine by Heck reaction to form dimethyl styrylterephthalate(1)(the yield was 58 4%).The product(1)was hydrogenated with Pd/c catalyst at room temperature to get dimethyl phenethyl terephthalate(2)(the yield reached 66%),which was saponified with NaOH and acidified with HCl to get corresponding diacid(3)The chloroformylation was carried out by refluxing product(3)with an excess of thionyl chloride to obtain phenethyl terephthalyl chloride.The structures of the products were identified by elementary analysis,IR and ′HNMR.
