TiO_2/SnO_2的制备及其光催化降解甲基橙 被引量:3

摘要 采用硬脂酸法制备出 TiO2/SnO2复合光催化剂,用 XRD、 TEM等手段对所得粉体进行表征;以甲基橙溶液为模拟废水,考察 TiO2/SnO2光催化剂活性。结果表明:与纯 TiO2相比, TiO2/SnO2的光催化活性有较大提高,当 SnO2的掺入量为摩尔比 5.6%时催化活性最高。 TiO2/SnO2 composite photocatalysts have been prepared by stearic acid method. The obtained nanocrystallines were characterized by XRD and TEM. The composite particles have been employed in photocatalytic degradation of methyl- orange. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of the composite particles is higher than that of pure ultrafine TiO2 , and the optimum loading of SnO2 is 5.6% .
