本文是 2 0 0 1年 8月 19日作者应邀在中国化工学会精细化工专业委员会第 5 1次学术会议———全国第十次工业表面活性剂技术经济与应用开发会议上的特邀报告。对中国化学工业结构调整基本思路、精细化工发展历程回顾、在结构调整中发展精细化工等重大问题 ,阐述了作者的观点。对我们认清中国精细化工形势 。
This article is the speech of the author specially invited to the China 10th Symposium on Industrial Surfactant Tech economic and Application Development,the 51th meeting of the Departmental Committee of Fine Chemical Industry under CIESC.The author expounded his viewpoints on several significant problems such as the main train of thought on the structural adjustment of China's chemical industries,a review of the development course of fine chemical industry,and the development of fine chemical industry in structural adjustment.
