摘要 利用不同的短纤维 (玻璃纤维、碳纤维及其两者的混杂纤维 )添加不同的减摩剂配制成的短纤维增强尼龙 10 10 ,研究了它们的力学性能和摩擦磨损基本特性 ,探讨了纤维种类、纤维含量和减摩剂对其性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,添加混杂纤维含量高的短纤维增强尼龙 10 10 ,其拉伸、弯曲强度和摩擦磨损特性较好 。 Short fiber reinforced PA1010 added with GAF,CF and GAF/CF hybrid fiber and antifriction additive agents were developed.In this paper the mechanical,friction and abrasion properties of the composite were studied,the influence of the kind and content of the short fiber and antifriction addtive agent on the performance were discussed.The result of test in dicated the composite had better tensile strength,flexural strength,good friction and abrasion properties,which had high content of hybrid fiber,but its Chary impact resistance reduced.
