摘要
以纳米Al2 O3 为填料 ,制备了纳米Al2 O3 填充PTFE复合材料 ,研究了纳米Al2 O3 的含量对PTFE复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,纳米Al2 O3 的加入使PTFE的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率有所下降 ,硬度增加 ;当Al2 O3 的质量分数为10 %时 ,PTFE复合材料的综合力学性能最佳 ;随着Al2 O3 含量的逐渐增加 。
Nano Al 2O 3/PTFE composites were prepared and the effect of nano Al 2O 3 content on the properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the filling of nano Al 2O 3 decreased the tensile strength and the breaking elongation of PTFE composites,but increased the hardness of the material.When the content of nano Al 2O 3 was 10% by mass,the composites had good mechanical properties.With the increase of nano Al 2O 3 content,the PTFE composites changed from tuough and plastic into hard brittle material.
