The solid model of injection pull rod was established based on AutoCAD graphic studio,and the FEM model of stress concentration was then obtained by means of stl format conversion. The stress distribution of different pull rod screw was studied and a screw,which had low stress concentration coefficient,was designed,with a front dip angle of 30° and back dip angle of 0°。
