摘要
江安李采后用塑料薄膜袋小包装于3±1℃条件下贮藏,结果表明:塑料薄膜小包装贮藏李果能在10日之内快速降氧,达到MA贮藏的目的。该方法能有效防止李果水分蒸发,防止萎蔫;对抑制果实呼吸、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活性、果胶甲酯酶(PE)活性、果实外渗液电导率的上升及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的下降都有明显作用,对贮藏有利。
Jiang'an plums were stored in small plastic film pouches at 3±1℃.Oxygen content in the pouches can drop rapidly for ten days, so plums can achieve self-controlled atmosphere storage.The storage method can not only avoid water-evaporating and wilting of plums ,but also inhibit the respiration of plums and the activities of polygalacturonase(PG) and pectinmethylesterase(PE).Besides, the storage method has a marked function on inhibiting the rise of conductance rate of fruit extract and the decline of catalase(CAT) activities. All of these are benefit for the storage of plums.
