摘要
本文对陶瓷还原气氛烧成进行了深入的研究。研究结果表明:南方日用陶瓷制品不宜在氧化气氛下烧成。陶瓷制品还原气氛烧成过程中,气氛组成中的一氧化碳含量即使低于1%,同样能烧出质量很好的陶瓷制品;同时,还原气氛中组成的一氧化碳与氢含量之和小于2%,也同样能烧出质量很好的陶瓷制品。研究结果还表明:制品充分氧化是降低还原开始温度的必要条件;同一瓷区、甚至不同瓷区的日用陶瓷制品可以在同一烧成气氛制度下烧成。
In this paper, the ceramic firing in reducing atmosphere is thoroughly studied. The results of the experiments show that oxidiying atmosphere doesn't fit for Southern China's daily ceramic products in firing. Even if the content of CO is lower than one percent or that of CO and H2 is lower than two percent in the atmospheres, the high-quality ceramic products can be fired. The results also indicate that ceramic products should be fully oxidiycd first in order to make the temperature lowerat the begining of firing in reducing atmosphere, and that the daily ceramic products at different porcelain-manufacturing zones can be fired in the same reducing atmosphere.
