摘要
放射、超声和内镜引 导下的介入技术 已广泛应用到妇科肿瘤的诊断和冶方中。超声介导的针吸活检和腔镜下的形态学及病理学诊断,改善了妇科肿瘤的诊断率;放射性动脉栓塞和药物灌注及腹腔镜手术治疗,以其创伤微小、并发症少等优势,成为当今妇科肿瘤研究的热点之一。如何合理地选择介入技术的适应证是目前需要关注和解决的问题。
