摘要 目的 研究不同浓度 1,6 二磷酸果糖 (FDP)对离体幼兔心脏缺血 再灌注损伤的影响。方法 建立幼兔离体心脏作功模型 ,行缺血 再灌注试验 ,于缺血期间施加含有 2 5、5、10mMFDP的St.ThomasⅡ号停搏液 ,观察心功能、心肌组织含水量、心肌超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和心肌组织丙二醛 (MDA)、冠脉液CK含量以及心肌超微结构的变化。结果  5mM组的心功能恢复百分率、心肌超微结构优于 2 5、10mM组 ,5mM组的冠脉液CK含量、心肌组织含水量显著低于 2 5mM和 10mM组。结论  1,6 二磷酸果糖的浓度对幼兔心肌缺血 再灌注损伤有影响 ,5mM优于 2 5mM和10mM。 Objective To study the effects of concentration of fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP) on ischemia reperfusion injury in the isolated immature rabbit hearts.Methods Isolated working heart model was set up,and subjected to 120 min of ischemia following 30min of reperfusion.During ischemia reperfusion,St.Thomas Ⅱ cardioplegia solution with different concentration FDP(2 5,5,10mM) was infused at the internal of 30min at 4℃ in a dose of 10ml/kg,and maintained hypothemia at 13 15℃ by immersion of heart in a cold saline bath.The changes of cardiac function,the water content of myocardium,creatine kinase(CK),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and ultrastructure of myocardium were observed.Results The recovery percentages of cardiac function in the 5mM group were better than those in the 2 5 or 10mM group during 5,15,30min of reperfusion after 120min of ischemia respectively.The activity of CK of coronary effluent,water content of myocardium in the 5mM group was lower than that in the other groups.The ultrastrcture of myocardium was damaged slightly in the 5mM group than that in the other groups.Conclusion A very close correlation has been found between the concentration of FDP and myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.The protective effect of 5mM FDP solution was better than that of the 2 5 or 10mM in the immature rabbit heart.
