吲哚美辛胶原蛋白烧伤膜的制备及其释放度

Study of preparation and drug release on the collagen pellicle of compound indometacin

目的 :研制吲哚美辛胶原蛋白烧伤膜 ,建立测定其累积释放量的方法。方法 :应用交联剂法制备胶原蛋白烧伤膜 ,采用均匀设计方案 ,以分光光度法考察其累积释放量的大小。结果 :制备后得到乳白色半透明、光滑、具有弹性的凝胶膜状物。胶原蛋白膜中吲哚美辛的累积释放量大小为 ( 3 7.5 6± 0 .16) %。结论 :制备方法简便 ,便于铸型 ,成膜性好。测定方法准确 ,快速 ,简便。

OBJECTIVE To prepare collagen burn pellicle of compound indometacin and determine the drug release.METHODS The preparation was conducted with cross linking method.RESULTS The accumulative drug release was ( 37.56 ± 0.16 )%.CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate,rapid and simple for the quality control of theopreparation.
