摘要
研究了明胶改性新途径 ,制备了核壳式纳米级磁性明胶微粒。以此为载体对纤维素酶进行固定化 ,确定了固定化工艺条件 ,研究了磁性固定化酶的最适温度、最适pH ,使磁性固定化酶的热稳定性。
The magnetic gelatin composite microspheres have been prepared.The microspheres, containing magnetite cores surrounded by chemisorbed gelatin, have 7~100 nm diameter.The conditions of cellulase immobilized on the magnetic gelatin composite microsphere were studied.The results showed that the activity of MIE was 489 U/g carrier.The activity recovery was 76 7%.The optimum temperature,optimum pH values, stabilities to heat and operational stability were all studied and compared with the native enzyme
