逆形交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及髁上伴髁间骨折(附15例临床报告)
摘要
报告逆形交锁髓内钉在股骨髁上及髁上伴髁间骨折的疗效。 15例骨折采用股骨髁上髓内钉 (IMSC)内固定。结果骨折均愈合 ,优良率 93 .3%。术后无需外固定 ,未出现感染 ,无交锁钉断裂等并发症。认为股骨髁上及髁上伴髁间骨折采用逆形交锁髓内钉固定法 ,创伤小 ,固定牢靠 ,并发症少 ,骨折愈合快 ,术后能早期功能锻炼 。
