摘要
目的 :观察风寒湿这一颈椎病常见致病因素刺激颈部对机体颈椎间盘组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(induciblenitricoxidesynthase,iNOS)mRNA的影响 ,探讨颈椎病病因病机的内在联系。方法 :30只新西兰白兔 ,随机分为正常对照组、风寒湿组、低头位组、复合模型组和中药治疗组等 5组 ,每组 6只 ,采用组织学及逆转录 -多聚酶链反应技术 ,观察颈部肌肉、椎间盘组织形态及iNOSmRNA表达的变化。结果 :风寒湿与低头位等颈椎病常见的致病因素可使颈部肌肉产生无菌性炎症 ,椎间盘组织形态变化虽不明显 ,但颈椎间盘组织iNOSmRNA表达出现异常 (与正常对照组比P <0 0 5 )。结论 :颈部肌肉无菌性炎症。
AMI: To probe the change in iNOS mRNA in cervical intervertebral disks due to the influence of wind, cold and dampness in experimental rabbits. METHODS: Thirty white New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups (six for each group). Morphology with optic microscope and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were employed to observe the variety in cervical muscle and disc tissues and the expression of iNOS mRNA in cervical intervertebral discs between the groups. RESULTS: Aseptic inflammation in cervical muscles and unusual up-expression of iNOS mRNA in the discs could be picked out in the experimental groups(vs control group, P<0.05). CONCLUSION:The aseptic inflammation and up-expression of iNOS mRNA appeared to play a role in the process of wind, cold and dampness attacking the cervical part, and may shed some insight on the cervical arthralgia and the degradation of cervical intervertebral discs.
