摘要
目的 :观察益智口服液对脑组织蛋白质、RNA合成的影响。方法 :采用体内掺入法 ,分组对照观察幼龄小鼠脑蛋白中3H 亮氨酸和脑RNA中3H 尿嘧啶核苷的放射性强度。结果 :益智口服液组的3H 亮氨酸放射性强度明显高于环己酰亚胺病理模型组 (P <0 .0 1) ;益智口服液组脑组织3H 尿嘧啶核苷的掺入放射强度明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :益智口服液可拮抗环己酰亚胺的抑制作用 ,促进脑蛋白质的合成速率。同时益智口服液能增强正常幼龄小鼠脑组织对3H 尿嘧啶核苷的摄取 ,促进脑组织RNA合成。提示益智口服液改善学习记忆障碍、治疗智能迟缓的疗效机理 ,与其通过某种途径保证和促进脑组织RNA。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yizhi Oral Solution on protein and RNA synthesis of brain tissue of mice. Methods: The radioactive intensities of 3H leucine in brain protein and 3H uridine in RNA of brain tissue of young mice were observed by the methods of incorporation in vivo and group control observation.Results: The radioaetive intensity of 3H leucine of Yizhi Oral Solution group was higher than that of cycloheximide pathological model group ( P <0.01). The radioactive intensity of 3H uridine in brain tissue of Yizhi Oral Solution group was higher than that of normal control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions: Yizhi Oral Solution can antagonize the inhibition of cycloheximide and promote the synthesis rate of brain protein. Meantime, it can raise the intaking of 3H uridine by brain tissue of normal young mice and promote RNA synthesis of brain tissue, which suggests that Yizhi Oral Solution improves learn dysmnesia and treats intelligence retardation is related to ensuring and promoting the normal synthesis of RNA and protein of brain tissue by some route.
