摘要
目的 建立SD大鼠慢性渐进性梗阻性黄疸模型 ,初步研究及评价其模拟临床良性梗阻性黄疸病人的价值 ,提供新型梗阻性黄疸实验模型。方法 在外科放大镜下 ,用双极电凝电灼烧伤使胆总管组织发生变性、坏死、纤维组织修复等病理改变 ,引发胆管组织慢性纤维瘢痕狭窄 ,造成梗阻性黄疸。结果 本实验模型所致梗阻性黄疸表现及肝功能变化为慢性渐进性发展过程 ,病理切片检查显示胆总管组织发生慢性纤维瘢痕样变。结论 此梗阻性黄疸实验模型表现与临床患者的良性梗阻性黄疸表现极其相似 ,是研究良性梗阻性黄疸病理生理机制和治疗的可靠实验模型。
ObjectiveTo establish a chronic and gradual b iliary obstruction model on SD rats and to discuss its value and effect on simul ating pathological mechanism of biliary obstructive patients.MethodsUnder surgical microscope, the model of benign obst ructive jaundice was made by electricalheated scald on SD rats with doubleel ectrode electrocoagulation. A series of changes of common bile duct in patholog y such as necrosis, repairs and stenosis had been caused.ResultsThe process of the obstructive jaundice developed chron ically and gradually in clinical expression and liver function, and the chronic fibrous scarring of common bile duct was revealed pathologically.ConclusionThe clinical manifestation of this model is similar to that of patients with chronic biliary obstruction model. This model might be valuable of researching the mechanism of the benign obstructive jaundice.
