胰岛素样生长因子1与脑缺血 被引量:9

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)是一种多肽。脑缺血后 ,在缺血脑组织内的表达增加 ,其功能相关结合蛋白表达亦增加。脑缺血再灌注后 ,经侧脑室给予IGF 1可明显减轻缺血区脑组织的损伤程度。体外培养也显示 ,IGF 1对神经细胞有营养保护作用。有实验证明 ,IGF 1能通过血脑屏障。这些都表明 ,IGF 1有可能作为一种脑保护剂用于脑缺血的治疗。
