摘要
目的 :通过观察新正天丸(XZTP)对偏头痛患者血小板、血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、环鸟苷酸 (cGMP)系统的影响 ,探讨XZTP治疗偏头痛的机制。方法 :分别测定偏头痛患者血小板、血浆NO生成量和cGMP含量 ,并与正常组对照。结果 :在偏头痛发作期血浆NO生成量和cGMP含量均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,发作期组高于间歇期组 (P <0 0 1) ;而偏头痛发作期组和间歇期组血小板NO生成量和cGMP含量均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,在XZTP作用下 ,血浆和血小板NO生成及cGMP含量均明显减少(P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血浆和血小板一氧化氮 (NO) /环鸟苷酸系统在偏头痛发病中可能有重要作用 ,XZTP对此系统起调节作用。
Objective:investigating the changes of nitric oxide and cGMP in plasma and platelet in migraineurs during the periods of attack,intermittent and after Xinzhengtian Pill( XZTP ) therapy to explore the mechanism of therapy that migraineurs were cured with XZTP .Methods:The contents of NO and cGMP were measured in plasma and platelet of migraineurs and control groups. Results:The contents of NO and cGMP in the plasma was higher than that in the normal control group during the period of attack(P<0.01).the content in the period of attack was higher than that in intermittent(P<0.01).The contents of NO and cGMP in the platelet was higher than that in the normal group during the periods of attack and intermittent(P<0.01).The content of NO and cGMP in the plasma and platelet were lower significantly after the therapy with XZTP (P<0.01 or P<0.05).
