摘要
目的 :观察流感病毒对小鼠肺灌流液中免疫细胞释放氧自由基水平的影响及药物调节作用。方法 :微弱化学发光法。结果 :染毒小鼠肺灌流液中免疫细胞发光值增加 ,克感利咽口服液及SOD对其有抑制作用 ;用几种特异性的“工具药”检测分析的结果认为 ,这种作用主要是由O2 -和H2 O2 共同引起。结论 :流感病毒可使小鼠体内氧自由基水平升高 ,中药克感利咽口服液能够清除活性氧且作用优于SOD。
Objective:To study on effect of influenza virus on reactive oxygen species level release from immunocytes in perfusion liquid from mouse's lung and regulation of drugs.Methd:Weak chemiluminescence method. Result: Keganliyan Oral Liquor and SOD could decrease the enhancement of luminescence of immunocytes in the bronchalveolar lavage fluid of mice infected by influneza virus.It is thought that the enhancement of luminescence of immunocytes mainly induced by superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide by determination and analysis with special tool drugs.
