摘要
目的 :从内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的变化方面研究益元活血丹和大黄及血栓心脉宁对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤防护作用的机制。方法 :老龄 ( 2 0月龄以上 )大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、尼莫地平组、大黄组、益元活血丹大小剂量组、血栓心脉宁组 ,观察大鼠全脑缺血 3 0min再灌注 60min后肾脏组织形态和ET、CGRP含量变化。结果 :老龄模型组肾脏出现明显的病理损伤 ,益元活血丹大小剂量组和血栓心脉宁组及大黄组肾脏组织损害减轻。老龄模型组血浆ET水平增高 ,尼莫地平组和益元活血丹小剂量组血浆CGRP含量提高 ,益元活血丹大剂量组和血栓心脉宁组及大黄组ET含量降低。结论 :以ET占优势的CGRP和ET平衡失调参与老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤 ,益元活血丹和大黄及血栓心脉宁对肾脏损伤保护作用机制可能与调节CGRP和ET平衡失调有关。
Objective:To study the protective effects of yiyuanhuoxuedan(YHD),rhubarb and xueshuanxinmaining(XXN) on kidney injury after brain ischemia reperfusion in the aged rats from the change of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP).Method:Aged rats(older than 20 months)were divided into control group(ACG),model group(AMG), nimodipine group, YHD high doese group (YHDH) and YHD low doses group(YHDL), rhubarb group, XXN group.It was measured that the morphological changes of kidney tissue and the contents of ET and CGRP in the rats with 60 min reperfusion after brain ischemia 30 min. Results:It was observed that the obvious pathological change in kidney tissue in the AMG,and this change was slight in the rhubarb's ,the YHDH ,the YHDL , XXN's .The ET content in the AMG was higher.The decrease of ET content in the YHDH,XXN group, rhubarb group and increase of CGRP in the YHDL were prominent compared with those in the AMG.

The kidney injury after brain ischemia reperfusion was correlated with the dysequilibrium between ET and CGRP in which ET was dominant. YHD,XXN and rhubarb could alleviate this injury via regulating the CGRP-ET dysequilibrium.
