摘要
目的 开发一个实用性的牙弓形态的预测及分析系统。方法 利用Pentium 3 5 0、12 8M计算机 ,在WINDOWS98环境下用BorlandDelphi5 .0语言进行研制、开发。结果 该系统具有 :①提供牙弓形态的预测以及间隙分析和计算 ,有利于提高诊断的准确性 ;治疗方案制定的合理性 ;以及疗效分析的客观性 ;②具有图文并茂的多媒体的友好的用户界面 ,提高了操作的人机互动性 ;提高了效率和准确性 ;③在国内首次运用计算机软件的形式 ,结合头影测量分析使对患者的牙弓形态的分析更加科学化 ,提高了模型测量分析计算的可靠性和实用性。结论 该系统可适用于口腔正畸临床诊断 ;牙颌、颅面的正常发育特征和错牙合形成的机理研究 ;矫治过程中和矫治后的牙颌、颅面形态结构变化的跟踪研究 ,并探索其矫治机理。同时在临床和科研上也是一个良好的多媒体教学软件。
Objective To develop a practical individuated computer aided design arch form assisted in the orthodontic practice. Methods With Pentium 350?128M computer, the program was written in Borland Delphi5.0 Results The system has following features:① Provide the forecast dental arch form and space analyse to insure the accuracy and rationality of orthodontic diagnosis and therapy.② Digitized the patient's data?picture?text to meet the demand of digital age. Using dynamic database to improve the credibility of measurements. With multimedia technology to create a friendly interactive operational situation.③It is the first time to use the form of softewave in domestic combine with cephlamercy to make the dental arch form analyses more reasonable.Conclusion This system could be widely used in diagnosing and making treatment plan for orthodontic practice; studying the growth and development of craniofacial and the mechanism of malocclusion; observing the changes in craniofacial and dental arch form as a result of orthodontic treatment. In addition, the program is designed to be a very nice multimedia teaching software in both of clinical practice and research.
