摘要
目的 探索防龋用氟保护剂在固定正畸治疗中运用的可行性。方法 以 67名固定正畸患者为研究对象 ,将其拟粘接托槽的牙分为左右两侧 ,左侧共 5 94颗牙为实验组 ,右侧 5 91颗牙为对照组 ,实验组牙于粘接托槽前 7d及粘接后半年分别涂擦氟保护剂 2次 ,而对照组仅按常规进行酸蚀粘接。用正畸治疗过程中托槽的脱落率及正畸前后白垩斑的检出率为指标对氟保护剂在固定正畸治疗中的运用疗效进行评价。结果 经x2 检验正畸治疗中两组的托槽脱落率、正畸治疗前两组白垩斑的检出率及实验组正畸前后的白垩斑检出率无明显统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。但对照组正畸结束后白垩斑的检出率明显高于其正畸治疗前 (x2 =6.83 ,P <0 .0 1) ,且亦明显高于实验组正畸结束后白垩斑检出率 (x2 =5 .86,P <0 .0 5 ) ,结论 正畸治疗中于适当的时机在牙釉质表面涂用氟保护剂不但可以明显地控制牙釉质的脱矿 ,且并未因该氟保护剂的使用而影响牙釉质与托槽的粘接力。
Objective To study the effects of Fluor Protector in fixed orthodontic treatment.Methods 67 patients were studied. According to the midline, the teeth on the left were used as experimental group and the right side were used as control group. The Fluor Protector was applied 7days before the acid etching and six months after bonding of orthodontic brackets in experimental group. The routine orthodontic treatment was used in control group. The index were white spot incidence and the falling rate of brackets. Results There were no significant differences of the falling rate of brackets and white spot incidence before treatment between two groups. There was no significant difference on white spots incidence before and after treatment in experimental group ( P >0.05). The incidence of white spots was 11.51% after treatment in control group, It was higher than that of before treatment 6.94%( P <0.01), and also higher than that of in experimental group after treatment 7.24%( P <0.05) Conclusion The proper application of Fluor Protector will result in significant reducing the incidence of white spots without adverse effection the bond strength of the brackets during the fixed orthodontic treatment.
