摘要
Objective:To understand the change of cogn itive function in type Ⅰand Ⅱschizophrenic patients after Clozapine treatment.Methods:Forty-six four-week during free patients met with the criteria of schizop hrenia were included in this study .Twenty-eight of these patients were diagnosed as type Ⅱshizophrenia. WCST,SAPS ,SANS and PANSS were used to assess these patients before and after eight weeks Clozapine treatment. R esults:Total trails to four categories (TT),Persistent error s (PE) and non-persistent errors (NPE) of WCST improved significantly after Clozapine treatment. Conclusion:The results revealed significant cognitive defi cits in type Iand II schi zophrenic patients,which were significantly improved by clozaoine treatment.
