E-cadherin和α-catenin在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

E-cadherin and α-catenin Expressions in Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma and its Significance

[目的]研究钙粘附分子(E cadherin,E cad)和α 连接蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用SP免疫组化染色法 ,检测96例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱粘膜的(α_catenin,α_cat)E cad及α cat的表达情况。[结果]正常膀胱粘膜E cad呈正常表达 ,96例膀胱移行细胞癌中E cad及α cat的异常表达率分别为44.8%(43/96)和58.3 %(56/96)。两者之间具有显著相关性。E cad及α cat的异常表达率与肿瘤的病理分级 ,临床分期 ,复发及生存率显著相关。[结论]E cad及α cat的异常表达在膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性进展过程中起重要作用 。

To investigate the relation and clinical significance between E cadherin(E cad),α catenin(α cat)expression and the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Immunohistochemistry staining(streptavidin peroxidase method)was used to detect E cad and α cat expression in 96 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder tissues.E cadherin(E cad)and α catenin(α cat)was uniformly positive in all the 10 normal bladder tissues.The abnormal expression rate of E cad and α cat was 44.8% (43/96) and 58.3% (56/96)respectively in 96 cases of bladder cancer.There was a positive relationship between the expression of E cad and α cat.The abnormal expression rate of E cad and α cat showed a significant correlation with the pathologic grade,clinical stage,high recurrence and poor survival.[Conclusion]E cad and α cat expressions play an important role in the malignant progression of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and may be used as a useful molecular marker for tumor progression,recurrence and prognosis.
