子宫内膜癌bcl-2基因表达及其与PR、ER关系的研究

Expression of bcl-2 and Relationship with PR,ER in Endometrial Carcinoma

[目的]探讨bcl 2与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系以及与PR、ER在致癌过程中有无内在联系。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测了58例子宫内膜癌组织中bcl 2及PR、ER的表达。[结果]子宫内膜癌中bcl 2的阳性表达率为56.9 % ,PR、ER的阳性表达率分别为55.2%、46.6%。bcl 2的阳性表达与组织学分级有关 ,而与其他临床病理学特征无关 ;PR的阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征都有关 ;ER的阳性表达只与肌层浸润深度有关。bcl 2的阳性表达与PR呈现正相关。[结论]bcl 2可能与子宫内膜癌的发生和分化特性有关 ;PR可能在子宫内膜癌的发生。

To discuss the role of bcl 2 in the pathogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma and whether they have some relationship with progesterone receptor and estrogen receptor.bcl 2,PR and ER were examined by immunohistochemical method(SP method) in 58 specimens of endometrial carcinoma.bcl 2,PR,ER positive expression was 56.9%,55.2%,46.6% respectively in endometrial carcinoma.bcl 2 positive expression was correlated with tumor grade,but it was not correlated with other clinicopathologies of endometrial carcinoma.PR positive expression was correlated with clinical stage,tumor grade,the depth of myometrial tumor invasion.ER positive expression had correlation with the depth of myometrial tumor invasion only.bcl 2 positive expression was correlated with PR.[Conclusion]bcl 2 may be related to the genesis and classification of endometrial carcinoma.PR may play important role in the genesis, development of endometrial carcinoma.
