61例早期乳腺癌保留乳房手术疗效分析

Early Stage Breast Cancer Treated by Conservative Surgery:A Report of 61 Cases

[目的]探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的疗效及整形效果。[方法]自1993年4月～1998年7月共61例早期乳腺癌接受1/4乳房切除或肿瘤广泛切除加全腋淋巴结清扫术 ,其中56例行围手术期化疗(CMF)4～7周 ,48例术后全乳放疗 ,7例腋淋巴结阳性者接受区域放疗。[结果]1例失访 ,余患者随访2～7年 ,乳房保留率56/61,局部复发率3/61 ,远处转移率1/61,乳房整形满意率70%。[结论]早期乳腺癌保乳手术与根治术近期疗效相似 ,值得推广。

To evaluate the effect of conservative surgery in early stage breast cancer and mammoplasty.From April 1993 to July 1998,61 patients with early stage breast cancer were treated by conservative surgery plus axillary lymph node dissection.Fifty five patients were given postoperative chemotherapy for 4 to 7 weeks.Forty eight were given whole breast irradiation after surgery.7 patients with postive axillary lymph node were given regional irradiation.Sixty patients were followed up for 2 to 7 years.Mammary reserved rate was 91.8%.The local recurrence and distant metastasis rates were 4.91%,1.64% respectively.The cosmetic satisfaction rate was 70%.[Conclusion]For early stage breast cancer,the effect of conservative surgery is similar to radical surgery.
