通窍鼻炎胶囊药效学实验研究

Experimental Researches on Pharmacodynamics of Tongqiao Biyan Capsules

目的:探讨通窍鼻炎胶囊抗炎抑菌作用。方法:通过对大鼠炎性肿胀的改变,小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,小鼠肉芽肿的改变,体外平皿抗菌等实验研究,进一步探讨该药抗炎、抑菌的作用机理。结果:通窍鼻炎胶囊能明显对抗角叉菜胶性炎症作用,对金葡菌、绿脓杆菌有明显的抑制作用,与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎胶囊具有抗炎、抑菌、抑制炎性分泌物的作用。

Objective:To explove Tongqiao Biyang Capsules possesses actions of inflammation-diminishing and bacterium-inhibitting through experiments.Methods:The experiments of changing inflammatory turgescence of rats and increasing celiac capillary permeability of mice and changing granuloma of mice and plate antisepsis tests in vitro were researched. Results:Tongqiao Biyan Capsules can obviously be brought into antagonism with carrageenin inflammation and inhibit staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas pyocyanea, Comparing Tongqiao Biyan Capsules with control group,there are significance differences (P<0.05). Conclusions:Tongqiao Biyan Capsules possesses obvious actions of inflammation-diminishing and bacterium-inhibitting and inhibitting inflammatory secretion.
