南京市医务人员性病/艾滋病专业知识调查

Training in AIDS and Knowledge on AIDS among Health Workers in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province

目的 了解南京市医疗机构开展性病 /艾滋病培训的情况及医务人员掌握性病 /艾滋病知识的现状。方法 对南京市 57家区县级以上医疗机构的医务处负责人进行问卷调查 ,了解他们开展性病 /艾滋病培训的情况 ;对南京市区、郊区 4 3所医疗机构的 562名医务人进行问卷调查 ,了解他们的性病 /艾滋病知识。结果 1 996～ 1 999年间 ,被调查的 57家医疗机构中 ,1 3家 ( 2 2 6% )开展过性病 /艾滋病教育 ;1 4 9% ( 84 /562 )的被调查医务人员接受过培训 ;被调查医务人员的性病 /艾滋病知识平均分数为 59 8分。医务人员知识水平的高低与所在医疗机构的级别及他们的职称、专业 ,是否诊治过性病 /艾滋病患者 ,是否接受过培训有关。结论 南京的医疗机构中仅一小部分开展过性病 /艾滋病教育。医务人员的性病 /艾滋病知识水平仍较低 ,对他们的教育必须加强。

Objective To understand the training status in STD/AIDS and knowledge on STD/AIDS among medical workers in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province. Methods Persons in charge of medical matters in 57 hospitals at the county level and above in Nanjing were asked to answer a questionnaire on training on STD/AIDS prevention A questionnaire survey was conducted among 562 medical workers in 43 hospitals in the city proper and suburb of Nanjing about their knowledge of STD/AIDS Results In 1996～1999,13 of the 57 hospitals(22 6%)carried out training in STD/AIDS,mostly training on the job 84 of the 562 interviewed medical workers (14 9%)had received such training The average score of knowledge about STD/AIDS among them was 59 8 The knowledge levels about STD/AIDS were closely associated with the rank of hospital where they worked, the professional title and specialty of the medical workers, their experience in treatment of STD/AIDS patients, and the training they received Conclusion Only a smaller part of the health institutions in Nanjing, Training in STD/AIDS has been carried about STD/AIDS is still meagre among medical workers in Nanjing Training in STD/AIDS has been carried out, however, it is to be strengthened and integrated into the praactise of treating STD/AIDS has been carried out,however,it is to be strengthened and integrated into the praactise of treating STD/AIDS patients
