泰尼注射液治疗重度高血压病人疗效的观察

Observation on efficacy of intravenous nicardipine in treatment of severe systemic hypertension

目的 探讨泰尼注射液 (国产盐酸尼卡地平注射液 )对重度高血压病人治疗的有效性和安全性。方法 将 6 3例舒张压≥ 12 0mmHg的重度高血压病人随机分为 3组 ,观察泰尼注射液的起效时间、疗效与安慰剂的双盲比较、泰尼注射液的量效关系及其副作用。结果 6 3例病人血压均达到良好控制 ,滴注泰尼注射液可使血压逐步下降 ,连续滴注可产生持续效果 ,不良反应较少。结论 泰尼注射液可安全有效地治疗重度高血压。

Objective To observe the antihypertensive efficacy and safety of nicardipine hydrochloride injection.Methods 63 patients with severe hypertension were treated with intravenous nicardipine in 3 separate protocols.Results All the 63 patients studied attained the desired clinical response.Intravenous nicardipine produced a gradual reduction in blood pressure and was effective in maintaining blood pressure control during continuous infusion.It had few undesirable effects.Conclusion Intravenous nicardipine may be a useful addition to a limited number of therapeutic agents currently available to the physician for treatment of severe systemic hypertension.
