角膜缘干细胞移植治疗角膜表层失代偿病变

Transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells treats to discompensation disease for surface layer of cornea

目的 探讨角膜缘干细胞移植对角膜表层失代偿病变的治疗效果。方法 显微镜下分离清除角膜病变组织 ,取健康角膜缘含干细胞组织 ,移植于相当原角膜缘部。有睑粘连、睑球粘连、结膜囊畸形者 ,同时行粘连分离及结膜囊成形术。结果 以 1年以上随访资料完整者 16例 18眼 ,获得了较好的角膜上皮再生复盖 ,睑球粘连解除或明显减轻 ,溃疡无一穿孔 ,胬肉无一复发。结论 角膜干细胞移植 ,能有效地恢复角膜上皮功能 ,可用于角膜热灼伤、酸硷烧伤、睑球粘连及大的或复发性胬肉等各种角膜表层失代偿病变的治疗。

Objective Study curative effect by transplant corneal limbal stem cells for discompensation disease in surface of cornea.Method Under microscope separate and clean out pathological tissues and obtain healthy corneal-limbus that contain stem cells tissue.Take this tissue to transplanted the location of suitable corneal edge.When the patients that suffer from eyelid,eyelid-ball conglutination or conjunctival sac malformat that separated adhesion and shaped conjunction bag at the same time.Result Call on eighteen eyes in sixteen patients above one year.All patients have better effection that corneal epithelium rebirth and again coverd,eyelidball adhesion been unchained or evidance decreased,without perforation in corneal ulcer and without pterygium relapse.Conclusion The transplantion of corneal limbus stem cell have effectively resumed function of corneal epithelium.It can be used to cure discompensation diseases of corneal surface layer that hot ,acid and alkali burn cornea,eyelid-ball conglutination and bigger or relapse pterygium
