缠绕式矿用提升机应制定新系列标准

New standard line of mine drum winders drawn up according to rope tension,instead of drum dia.

本文提出了新的参数系列标准,重新选取了表征提升机规格的参数——张力,并作到数值优化。同时注意其它参数优化和互相联系。合理的选择减速比,与不同极数电动机配合,取得的绳速全部得到应用,而且间隔比较均匀。

For mine drum winders a new kind of standard oF parameter line is put forward by newly making the rope tension as principal parameter which characterizes the winders′specifi- cations.The parameter is optimized while attention is also payed to the optimization and correla- tion of other parameters.Through reduction gcar ratios are properly selected and suited with the motors with various numbers of poles then the spccd values obtained are all used.And the speed values′intervals are well-distributed.
