依那普利单用及与比索洛尔合用对急性心肌梗死心功能远期恢复的影响

Effects of enalapril and enalapril combined with biosoprolol on the recovery of heart function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)

目的 :探讨依那普利及与比索洛尔合用对急性心肌梗死心功能远期恢复的影响。方法 :选择 76例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者 ,随机分为 2组 ,分别给与常规治疗加用依那普利和常规治疗加依那普利及比索洛尔治疗。 2组分别在梗死后 4周和 6个月进行超声心动图检查 ,并根据其症状和体征 (按 WHO标准 )评定心功能。以分析 2组药物对急性心梗功能的远期影响。结果 :在 AMI恢复期内 ,心功能有所改善 ,依那普利加比索洛尔治疗组明显优于依那普利组。结论 :AMI患者心功能恢复需较长时间 。

Objective: To study the effects of enalapril and ena la pril combined with biosoprolol on the recovery of heart function in patients wit h AMI. Methods: 76 cases with AMI were divided randomized into two groups: enal april (10 mg/day) group and enalapril + biosoprolol (2.5～5.0 mg/day) group. The treatment last for 24 hours. Heart function were evaluated on the basis of symp toms, signs and UCG before and after treatment. Results: The therapeutic effect s of enalapril + biosoprolol on heart function were better than that of enalapri l only. Conclusion: Enalapril combined with biosoprolol had a better effect tha n enalapril on the recovery of heart function in patients with AMI.
