摘要
目的 :测定硝苯地平贴剂的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (6 8∶ 32 )。结果 :线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.5 % (n =9) ,RSD =0 .5 5 %。结论
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determ in ation of nifedipine in paster. Methods: The contents of drugs determined by HPLC on C 18 column using methanol-water(68:32) as mobile phase with UV detection a t 330 nm. Results: The method was linear over the range of 20~100 μg/ml (r =0.999 9). The mean recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 0.55% (n =9). Conclusion : The method was suitable for the determination of nifedipine in paster.
