泥浆泵齿轮副设计方案分析

摘要 本文对F-1300三缸单作用泥浆泵人字齿轮副的无退刀槽、有退刀槽和拚装三种设计方案进行了制造精度、成本、齿轮强度和工作寿命分析计算。结果表明,当采用齿轮工作寿命与其加工成本、价格比为衡量指标时,通过人字齿轮刨齿加工实现的无退刀槽设计方案指标最高,成为最优方案。最后,考虑到影响方案评价的其它因素,应用价值工程理论中加权评分法进行了综合分析,其结果进一步证实了上述结论。 Three type design plans of double helical gear pair (no tool withdrawal groove,tool withdrawal groove and splite type)used in F-1300 single-action three-cylinder mud pump are analysed and calculated in manufacture precision,cost,strength and serve life. As a result of the ratio of serve life to manufacture cost,the target of design plan of no tool withdrawal groove that gears are processed in gear-shaping is best than other plans,which it is a optimum one. Lastly,considering additional factors affecting plan evaluation,the plans are synthetically analysed by means of applying weighted mark method in value engineering,above-mentioned conclusion of which is confirmed further.
