静态抽吸法在超声乳化白内障手术中后囊膜破裂时的应用

Application of static aspiration on posterior capsular rupture in phacoemulsification

目的 探讨在白内障超声乳化手术中后囊膜破裂时 ,消除晶状体皮质及核碎块安全有效的方法。方法 注射粘弹剂于破口表面 ,使玻璃体与皮质、核碎块分离 ,使用单管平针头伸入前房将残留皮质吸出 ,或用圈套器将大核碎块捞出。结果 采用本方法处理 9例 9眼 ,全部获得成功 ,并顺利植入后房型人工晶状体。结论 静态抽吸法在超声乳化白内障手术中后囊膜破裂时处理残余晶状体皮质及核碎块是安全有效的 ,可在临床推广。

Objective To research safe and effective technique for removing residual cortex and fragment of lens nucleus while posterior capsular ruptured in phacoemulaification.Method Injecting viscoelastic on surface of tear zone to keep vitreous off cortex and nuclear fragment,and using single canal into residual cortex and removing it out repeatedly,or fishing out the bigger fragment with lens loop.Results The static aspiration was successful for all of 9 cases and IOL was implantated in posterior chamber.Conclusion The static aspiration is safe and effective for removing residual cortex and fragment of lens nucleus,and valuable to expand
