摘要
本文介绍小速比柔性传动应用在龙门吊车大车走行传动上,建立了柔性传动动力学基本模型。通过现场实测,柔性传动的动载系数明显下降,抗振缓冲效果良好。
In this paper,small velocity ratio flexible transmission is applied in the line feed transmision system of the big car of gantry crane. The dynamic mode of flexible transmission is established. It is proved by field testing that the result of theoretical analysis coincides quite nicely with the testing result and the dynamic—load coefficient depressed manifestly. It means that the shockresistant and cushion effect of flexible transmission is good.
