摘要 [目的]研究8 羟基鸟嘌呤糖苷酶基因 (hOGG1)型、生活习惯及其相互作用与食管癌、胃癌易感性的关系。[方法]在上消化道癌高发区淮安市进行了一个病例—对照研究(食管癌93例,胃癌107例 ,人群对照200例),调查研究对象的生活习惯 ,以PCR SSCP方法分析hOGG1基因型。[结果]对照组与食管癌组、胃癌组之间的hOGG1基因型频度分布差异无显著意义。在携带hOGG1Ser326Cys或Cys326Cys基因型者中 ,吸烟显著增加食管癌、胃癌发生的危险性。饮茶习惯能降低食管癌、胃癌发生的危险性 ,这种作用在hOGG1Ser326Ser基因型携带者中更明显。[结论]在不同hOGG1基因型携带者中 ,生活习惯与食管癌、胃癌发生的关系有所不同。这些结果表明 ,食管癌、胃癌的发生与生活习惯、hOGG1基因型以及它们的相互作用有关。 Purpose To evaluate the association between hOGG1 genotypes, life style and the risk of esophageal and stomach cancers. We conducted a case-control study of 93 cases of esophageal cancer, 107 cases of stomach cancer and 200 population-based controls in Huaian, Jiangsu province, China. The epidemiological data were collected, and DNA of peripheral blood leukocytes was obtained from all of the subjects. hOGG1 genotypes were detected by PCR-SSCP. No significant difference was observed in the frequency of hOGG1 genotypes between controls and cases with esophageal or stomach cancer. Among subjects with hOGG1 Ser/Cys or Cys/Cys genotypes, smoking increased the ORs for esophageal and stomach cancers.Drinking tea was associated with decreased risk of esophageal and stomach cancers, the action of drinking tea was greater among subjects with hOGG1 Ser/Ser than among subjects with hOGG1 Ser/ Cys or Cys/Cys. [Conclusions] The main results in the present study suggested that the development of esophageal and stomach cancers were associated with life style, hOGG1 genotypes and their interaction.
