摘要
本文就肝癌介入治疗中一些有争议的问题如碘油用量、化疗药物用量、疗效评价、肝癌合并AVS、APVS的治疗、老年肝癌的介入治疗、DSA在肝癌诊断上的意义等结合文献进行讨论 ,并结合作者的临床实践提出一些自己的心得。
This article discusses several problems those need to be resolved urgently,such as volume of lipiodol and dose of chemotherapy drugs being used,evaluation for curative effect,treatment for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)complicated with AVS &APVS,interventional treatment in aged patients, significance of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in diagnosis for HCC,etc.The authors also share their experience from clinical practice with colleages.
