单纯收缩期高血压和双相高血压患者血清NOS活力及MDA水平的变化

The Changes of Serum NOS Activity and Serum MDA Level in Old Isolated Systolic Hypertension(ISH) and Biphase Hypertension Patients

目的探讨单纯收缩期高血压和双相高血压患者血清 NOS活力、MDA水平的变化。方法随机抽取 41例单纯收缩期高血压患者和 33例双相高血压患者及 2 2例健康老年对照 ;血清 NOS活力测定采用 NOS催化 L-Arg法、血清 MDA浓度测定采用 MDA与 TBA(硫代巴比妥 )结合显色法 ;数据分析采用 SAS6 .12统计软件。结果单纯收缩期高血压和双相高血压患者血清 NOS活力显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ;单纯收缩期高血压和双相高血压患者血清 MDA水平显著高于对照组 (两者 P<0 .0 5 ) ,双相高血压患者血清 MDA显著高于单纯收缩期高血压患者的血清 MDA水平 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论老年高血压患者血清 NOS活力低于健康老年人 ;老年高血压患者血清 MDA水平高于健康老年人 ,而且双相高血压患者血清 MDA水平高于单纯收缩期高血压患者。

Objective To study the changes of serum nitric oxide synthase(NOS) bioactivity and serum MDA level in old ISH and biphase hypertensive patients.Methods 41 of ISH and 33 of biphase old hypertensive patients were chosen randomly as well as 22 controls;Serum NOS was determined by NOS catalyzing L Arg and MDA level was determined by MDA combining with TAB method.Data were analyzed by SAS statistical software version 6 12.Results Bioactivity of NOS in both old ISH and biphase hypertensive patients significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0 01,P <0 05,respectively).There was higher MDA concentration in hypertension patients than that in the control group( P< 0 05),at the same time there were higher MDA concentration in the biphase hypertensive patients than that in the ISH patients( P <0 05).Conclusion It indicated that the old hypertensive patients have lower bioactivity of serum NOS and higher concentration of MDA.\;
