Relationship between expression of CD_(44)V_6 gene and biological behaviors in gastric carcinoma

目的 探讨CD4 4V6表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 用免疫组化 (LSAB法 )检查 80例胃癌标本的CD4 4V6、PKC、p5 3、nm2 3及PCNA表达 ,综合分析了CD4 4V6表达与临床病理因素及分子指标间的关系。结果 CD4 4V6在浸润型较限局型高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,弥生型较团生及巢生型高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,穿透浆膜较未穿透浆膜高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有淋巴结转移较无淋巴结转移高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TNM分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期较Ⅰ～Ⅱ期高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与肿瘤大小、部位、Lauren分型及分化程度无关 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;CD4 4V6表达与PKC、p5 3及PCNA表达呈正相关 (P分别 <0 .0 0 1,<0 .0 0 1及 <0 .0 5 ) ,与nm2 3表达无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 胃癌组织CD4 4V6表达提示胃癌生物学行为不良。

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD_ 44V_6 gene and biological behaviors in gastric cancer.Methods The paraffin-embedded sections from 80 patients with gastric carcinoma were tested by LSAB immunohistochemical technique for the expression of CD_ 44V_6,PCK,p53,nm23 and PCNA genes.The relationship between expression of CD_ 44V_6 gene and clinicopathological and molecular factors was analyzed.Results There were significant correlation between the expression of CD_ 44V_6 gene and either gross or histological growth pattern(P<0.05),and depth of infiltration(P<0.05),and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and TNM stage(P<0.05).It was not correlated with the size of tumor,tumor location,Laureen's classification,and histologic type.Expression of CD_ 44V_6 gene significantly correlated with the expression of PCK,p53 and PCNA genes(P<0.001,P<0.001 and P<0.05 respectively),but not with the nm23 gene(P>0.05).Conclusion Expression of CD_ 44V_6 gene could be helpful in predicting poor biological behaviors.
