摘要
目的 探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的治疗方法。方法 对 2 6例食管癌术后吻合瘘的病人采取非手术和手术治疗。结果 非手术治疗 6例病人 ,1例治愈 ,5例死亡。手术治疗 2 0例 ,治愈 19例 ,死亡 1例。结论 食管胃再吻合是治疗食管癌术后吻合口瘘的最佳方法。
Objective To probe into the treatment for the anastomotic fistula in postoperative esoophageal cancer patients.Methods 26 cases of the anastomotic fistula after operation were treated with surgery and non-traumatic therapy.Results Five patients died and one was cured in non-traumatic treatment group. Nineteen patients were cured and one died in operation group.Conclusion To re-anastomose the esophageal and stomach is the best treatment for the anastomotic fistula in postoperative esophageal cancer patients.
