摘要 目的 :观察冠状动脉内支架 (ICS)安置术对患者白细胞表面粘附分子 CD11b水平的影响并讨论其临床意义。方法 :将 62例冠心病患者分成 ICS组 (n=34 )和冠脉造影 (CA)组 (n=2 8)。再将两组患者按 AHA/ACC规定分成A,B,C3个亚组。测定两组患者术前和术后 15 m in冠状静脉窦血中白细胞表面 CD11b水平。结果 :两组术前CD11b水平无差异 ,术后 15 min ICS组的有显著增高 ;3个亚组间术前和术后 15 min CD11b均无显著差异。结论 :ICS可引起白细胞的激活 ;CD11b水平和 ICS安置术所致的白细胞活化水平都与病变复杂程度无相关性。 AIM: To study the change in the expression level of the leukocyte in the patients undergoing Introcoronary stent(ICS) for the purpose of guiding the clinical medication. METHODS: There were 62 patients divided into coronary angiography group ( n =28) and ICS group ( n =34), which were further divided into three subgroups according to the lesion types of AHA/ACC. CD11b was measured in all the patients' samples of coronary sinus blood(CSB), which were collected at the pre and 15 minute post operations. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the CD11b level between the groups at pre operations, but it was higher in the ICS group at post operations. There was no significant difference among the three subgroups at the two points. CONCLUSION: The leukocyte could be activated in the ICS. But there was no relationship between the lesion types and the degree of the leukocyte activated in the ICS, or the CD11b level.
