摘要
目的 :探讨银杏黄酮、蚓激酶及其合用的抗凝溶栓效果。方法 :实验分为抗凝和溶栓两部分 ,每部分再分为银杏黄酮组、蚓激酶组、银杏黄酮与蚓激酶联用组、阿司匹林组及生理盐水对照组。抗凝试验中各组小鼠给与相应药物 3d,剪断鼠尾测定出血时间 ,溶栓试验的试管中 ,分别加入约 0 .2 g血凝块和相应药物 ,2 h后观察血块溶解情况。结果 :银杏黄酮、蚓激酶、银杏黄酮与蚓激酶合用均有良好的抗凝效果。蚓激酶有良好的溶栓效果而银杏黄酮溶栓效果不明显 ,银杏黄酮与蚓激酶合用溶栓作用没有加强。结论
AIM: Research anti coagulation and thrombolytic effects of ginkgetin, lumbrici kinase and ginkgetin + lumbrici kinase on mice. METHODS: Experiments dividing into 2 parts: anti coagulation effect, thrombolytic effect. Part 1, 40 mice were dividing into 5 groups: ginkgetin, lumbrici kinase , gingkgetin + Lumbrici kinase, aspirin and control; Part 2, chicken's blood coagulum dividing into 30 tubes, each tube contain 0.2 g. 30 tubes were dividing into same 5 groups. After 2 h observe the blood coagulum's weight. RESULTS: Ginkgetin, lumbrici kinase and ginkgetin + lumbrici kinase have strong effect of anti coagulation. Lumbrici kinase has better thrombolytic effects, but gingkgetin have a few this effect; if ginkgetin + lumbrici kinase, the thrombolytic effect didn't increased. CONCLUSION: Ginkgetin + lumbrici kinase used together which have better anti coagulation and thrombolytic effect in vitro or vivo .
